Sikhôs Despite being a traditional weapon used by the Zharai of old, the Sikhôs continued to be used by officers of the Imperial Army from 1866 until the modern day. While those used between 1866 and 1889 were frequently hand-forged in much the same way as had been done in the past, by the 1890s the first mass-produced blades were being issued. These "new" Sikhôi were, of course, able to be fitted with original blades, and those who could would do so, but the vast majority of them still have the mass-produced blade. Each sword that hasn't had it's blade replaced has a unique serial number (ex "ᠶᠯᠶ᠆᠓᠗᠒᠙᠗᠑᠑ (SKS-3729711)" stamped upon it. In modern times, the weapon serves a purely ceremonial function, being worn by the Emperor's personal guard and high-ranking officers in the Military and Esat.

Pattern 22 Sabre The Pattern 22 Sabre, so-named as it was introduced in 1893 (which was the 22nd year in the reign of Arkan IV), was a cavalry sabre used by the Ikhani army from 1893 until 1908. It was a departure from the more traditional weapons used before this point, when Ikhan sought to imitate it's neighbors.
